At Kidzplay we understand the importance of supporting future sustainability, promoting employee well being and showing consideration to our wider environment. The ways in which we will do this are through:  

• Ethically sourced food - We try to only use locally, ethically and responsibly sourced food in our menus. Using local providers mean we use only the freshest, high quality produce which benefit not only our customers but promote sustainability in the environment with local farmers and suppliers.
• Recycling - Where possible we re-use and recycle all materials and products. In our kitchens we try to cut down on how much packaging we use to store products and have clearly marked bins to segregate waste for recycling.
• Employee well being - All our employees are encouraged to further their personal development and skills through courses and training. We allow a period of flexi-time to all employees for any charity or community work they have commitments to.

• Health and safety- Whether it be in the play area or the kitchens, Kidzplay employees are given full health and safety training and need to be first aid qualified. Our play area equipment complies with and our equipment manufacturer/installer are members of the API (Association of Play Industries). To make sure we provide the safest possible environment children, we have a strict sign in/sign out policy that is enforced at all times.
