Situated on the site of the former Time Machine play centre, Harrogate’s newest and largest soft play centre is all about fun.
Location & Directions
If you are coming from Ripon you will need to take the Ripon Bypass and head towards Harrogate on the Ripon Road which is the A61.
Keep following the A61 until you get to Ripley, as you get to the end of the road you will come to a roundabout.
You will need to take the 1st exit off the roundabout heading towards Harrogate and keep going for about 200m until you get to a second roundabout at which point you will need to take the 2nd exit which is the A61 to Killinghall and Harrogate.
Keep following the road through Killinghall until you get to another roundabout. You will see the Little Wonder public house on the other side of the roundabout. Take the 2nd exit and follow this road (A61) up the hill.
As you head down the hill you will be entering Harrogate Town Centre which operates a one way system. As you get towards the traffic lights at the bottom of the hill you will need to get into the left hand lane.
Turn left at the lights and straight away you will see another set of lights and a road that veers off to the right. You will need to take the road on the right which will go up through the one way system of Harrogate Town Centre.
As you get to the top of Cheltenham Crescent/Cheltenham Parade you will need to turn right onto Station Parade, you will see the bus station on your left hand side. Follow this road up to the end of the street where you will see Waitrose Supermarket on your left and reach some traffic lights.
Turn right at the traffic lights onto York Place and keep going until you reach a roundabout, you will need to take the immediate 1st exit on your left which will lead onto Leeds Road.
Follow Leeds Road until you get to a second roundabout, you will want to keep going straight up Leeds Road at this point so you will need to take the 3rd exit off the roundabout and follow this road past some shops on your left hand side until you reach a crossroads and traffic lights.
You are 2 minutes away from Kidzplay Children’s Play Centre, you will see on the far side of the crossroads that there is a Nidd Vale car showroom. Head straight through the crossroads and as you pass the car dealership you will see Beech Avenue on the left. Turn down Beech Avenue and follow this street until you see a large car park, Kidzplay Play Centre is in this building and you should be able to see the Kidzplay Logo outside the building.
