1.        Payment

REFUND - A refundable £30 deposit is required for all party bookings, and a deposit of £100 for exclusives.

This will be deducted from the total party cost on the day of the party. A minimum of 12 children is required for the Kidzplay and Fun and Games parties.

On the day of the party you will be required to pay the full amount stated for each child that attends. Children aged less than 1 year will not be charged if they are not joining the party. Extra party bags can be purchased for babies at £1.50 per standard bag and £2.50 per themed bag. Please ask in advance if you require baby food. You will be charged for each child that attends plus any extras you have asked for.

Children who are not invited to the party but are coming with a brother or sister will be charged 50% of the standard admission price when they arrive.

NOTE: If less than 12 party children turn up on the day you still pay for 12 and the deposit refunded.

CANCELLATION - All web transactions are given a 14 day cool off period for cancellation.

DELIVERY - Delivery is on the booked date, time and at the selected centre of the purchased party. We reserve the right to change the booking 7 days prior to the party. We also reserve the right to substitue products with those that are of the the same value and quality without prior notice. 

2.        Use of the frame

Please understand and be aware that there will be members of the public also usingthe frame/kidzplay facilities. Another party may also be running along side yours. The party room will however be exclusive to your party.

3.        Confirming Numbers

Final numbers & theme of party must be confirmed 5 days prior to your party date. If you wish to add any extras or make any changes this should be done in advance of the party date. We ask for final numbers to ensure we have the correct numbers of party bags and food in stock and prepared. You will only pay for the number of children who attend the party on the day.

4.        Supervision / Responsibility and Rules of Play

Smoking is not allowed in the play area. No food, drink or chewing gum can be taken into the frame. No glassware can be taken into the frame. Children must remove all shoes before entering the play area but wear socks at all times. Arms and legs should be covered. Remove all jewellery, badges and other sharp equipment. Leave all personal items such as money with parents/ guardians. Children who wear glasses or contact lenses should take particular care. No liability will be accepted for losses, damages or theft. We offer a party service only and DO NOT require a ratio number of staff to children. The supervision / responsibility of the children remains with the parents at all times throughout the duration of the party. We also ask the party parent to sign out all the children at the end of the party to confirm they have left the building.  Please Note: This must be done for fire safety reasons.

5.        Time of your party

The start & finish time of your party will be confirmed at the time of booking. (Get together parties unlimited time Monday-Friday, 2 hours at the weekend, Kidzplay party 1 hr 30 min, Fun & Games 2 hours) The party room must be vacated on time to allow staff to re-set the room for the next party.

YOU HAVE AN ALLOCATED TIME SLOT AT KIDZPLAY AND YOU ARE REQUIRED TO LEAVE AT THE END OF YOUR SLOT.

6.        Party running orders

Get together– Following a 1hr play your food will be brought out to eat in the gym area. Get together parties are limited to 2 hours on a weekend.

Fun & Games/Kidzplayparty– Following approximately 1 hour’s play you will be taken into the party room where your food will be waiting. We then prepare the children to sing happy birthday & bring out the cake. Following this a dessert course will be offered. For Kidzplay Parties the children will then receive their party bags, and return to the main gym area to be collected from the party. For Fun & Games parties, the children will have the opportunity to play games/disco following the meal, and then collect their party bags and return to the gym (at quarter to the hour) for a further 15 minutes play.

7.        Food

Food for all party types is served buffet style down the middle of the party table. If you have chosen the Fun & Games or Kidzplay Party you will have a choice of food. Your choice of food will need to be stated no later than 7 days before your party. If we have left you a telephone messages with no response or are unable to contact you the choice of food will be made on your behalf.

Please note: In extreme circumstances we reserve the rights to substitute a similar food/drink option. If this happens we will aim to let you know in advance.

Please Note: Any food allergies and / or dietary requirements must be made know at the time of booking so arrangements can be made.

8.        Force major extreme

If, due to any extreme or unforeseen circumstances your party cannot take place, Kidzplay is under no obligation to rearrange the booking.
